Geranium Street provides artificial living walls, hedges, and related greenery products for commercial, residential, and event applications. Our products are custom manufactured and may vary slightly from images shown on our website.

Product specifications, availability, and pricing are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities and refuse service.

Orders and Payment

• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability
• Custom orders require a deposit as specified in your quote
• Prices are in USD and exclude shipping unless otherwise noted
• Payment must be received before production begins on custom orders

Shipping and Delivery

We ship throughout the United States. Delivery times vary based on product type, customization requirements, and destination. Large or custom orders may require freight shipping.

Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier. Shipping damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom nature of many of our products, return policies vary:

• Stock items may be returned within 30 days in original condition
• Custom orders are non-refundable once production has begun
• Defective products will be replaced or refunded at our discretion
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer

Product Warranty

Geranium Street products are warranted against manufacturing defects. Warranty duration varies by product type and is specified in product documentation. This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and UV fading over time
• Damage from improper installation or handling
• Damage from extreme weather or environmental conditions
• Modifications or alterations to the product

Fire Rating Compliance

Select products are tested to NFPA 701 fire safety standards. Fire rating applies only to products specifically designated as fire-rated. Customers are responsible for verifying local fire code requirements and ensuring selected products meet their jurisdiction's requirements.

Limitation of Liability
